Just brought the GE75 Raider 10SGS last week and while gaming the CPU temperatures are going 97-100 deg. C. Called the technical team and their response was "These temperatures were normal unless there is any frame drop".
And I'm really unsatisfied with that response.
These temperature doesn't feel normal.
The GPU is not so high going up to 85-87 Deg. C.
Spec:
i7-10875H
RTX-2080 Super
Since the laptop is new and I've not done any speed boost or overclocking I suppose the thermal paste may be the cause. So just wish to know how should I get the laptop respasted, Can I do it by myself without the warranty getting void?

I recommend you try setting battery mode to 'Better performance' at middle, not to Best performance at rightmost.

In my case it helped me to reduce keyboard temperature. If I set it to Best performance, sometimes the WASD keys are too hot I cannot keep touching them.

Also I'm using 'High' Performance Level in DC User Scenario.

I still don't know whether that 'High' means 'Best performance' in battery power mode, but anyway it has been working good for me.

I hope my this information can help you.
