Disregard has more degree of not caring about something than ignore.And ignore would give stranger negative feeling to those get ignored than disregard because those who ignore think those who get ignored not exist and likely don't liesten to what they say.In disregarding,the disregarding people might hear what people say but don't care about it and put it aside.
