Disregard for long-paying customersWe have been valued executive members at Costco, and since American Family auto insurance was endorsed by Costco, we shifted our car insurance to them. We have been diligently paying them, and as a result, they have renewed our policy every six months. However, this time, they did not renew our policy and let it expire without giving us proper notice, jeopardizing the safety of our kids commuting to school and our ability to go to work without coverage.
