My wife's Dell XPS 13-L321X Ultrabook (Windows 7) had trouble logging on this morning and then went to Dell Diagnostics when she rebooted. It gets to the "Were color bars displayed?(y/n)" screen and appears fine but then won't proceed when you hit "y." I tried rebooting and cutting go to setup or logon options with F2 or F12, or aborting diagnostics with ESC, but nothing happened when I hit those keys, and I went straight back to the color bars question. So, it seems maybe no input is passing through from the laptop. It's an ultrabook, so I can't pull the battery easily, so I'm just letting the battery run down now and then will reboot afterwords to see if that helps, but I see no reason it would. I'm out of ideas. Anyone know what's likely wrong?
