We sat for an hour and she was so helpful and patient. We ended up finding a great destination at also a great price to suit my budget. The agent was so informative about things to do and sights to see when I get away. I have booked holidays before through Hays and it is now I first go to! Explanations were clear and very helpful. We have even been sent lists of “what to do” in Amsterdam, which is where we are off to.
