Редактируйте информацию о фестивале самостоятельно Sign up During the end of Spring Break 2023, a group of up to 10 high-potential sophomore-senior students will be selected to participate in a career exploration trek to Austin Texas for the South By Southwest (SXSW) 2023 Conference. Students will experience unparalleled discovery, learning, professional development, and networking with creatives from around the world at SXSW under the supervision of the Matthews Center for Career Development and the Jay Hurt Hub for Innovation & Entrepreneurship. This career trek will empower student participants with the platform to further develop their understanding of the challenges and opportunities in pursuing and attaining a career in top-tier industries including advertising and brand experience, climate change, culture, design, energy, food, gaming, health and medical tech, sports, media, startups and tech. Sophomores, juniors, and seniors of all majors are invited to apply. Submit a resume and statement of purpose through the Handshake career portal by November 16, 2022. Applications open October 18, 2022. Info session will be held on November 1, 2022. Complete an interview with the Matthews Center for Career Development and the Hurt Hub. Once you submit your application, please select an interview time slot. All expenses for this trip will be covered, thanks to the generosity of Steven Shores ’94. Selected students will fly out early in the morning on Thursday, March 9, 2023 and return on Monday, March 13. Selected students will be required to attend a pre-departure training. How much does it cost to submit to SXSW?Yes—there is a $95 fee associated with the Launch application. Application fees are accepted online through the SXSW Shopping Cart.
How do I submit my movie to SXSW?SXSW only accepts submissions via sxsw.com. We do not use any other submission platform. You can start the film submission process here. SXSW requires all projects to submitted via URL link.
