Review serum estee lauder night repair năm 2024

I first received a sample of the Advanced Night Repair serum last year when I was asked to apply one drop every night for 7 days and give a short review on Project Vanity. I was so impressed with how that turned out that I actually bought a full-sized bottle. I really meant to write my own details of it soon after buying a full-sized bottle but I was swamped with life and work. Here it is now.

SKIN REPAIR AT NIGHT

Harness the restorative power of night. This deep- and fast-penetrating face serum, with our exclusive Night Peptide, boosts 7 key skin-renewing actions. Reduces the look of multiple signs of aging. Skin looks smoother and less lined, younger, healthier—more radiant and even toned.

The Advanced Night Repair Serum comes in an amber-colored dropper glass bottle in different sizes of bottles. There’s bottles of 30ml, which I have, 50ml and 100ml. I’m so used to this serum since I’ve been using it for at least 2 years now that its scent hardly registers to my nose. It doesn’t have any fragrance but it does have a very light chemical-fermented scent which dissipates quickly as soon as the product gets absorbed. When I began writing this review, I initially wrote unscented but changed it as soon as I re-sniffed it and realized again that it does have a scent.

Its main ingredients include Bifida Ferment lysate, tripeptide-32, sodium hyaluronate, Lactobacillus ferment, pantethine, caffeine, bisabolol, squalane, glycerin and tocopheryl acetate. Tripeptide-32 is a peptide composed of proline, serine and threonine. There isn’t a lot of write-ups on it other than what Estee Lauder claims it can do which is “support skin’s natural day/night rhythm of protection by day and renewal at night.” Peptides in general have hydrating and skin barrier repairing properties. They also have anti-aging properties depending on what other effect they have on the skin because some can stimulate collagen production while others can prevent their breakdown.

It’s a yellowish serum that’s a little runny and gel-like in terms of consistency. I prefer using this at night but there are days when I’ve been able to use it in the morning too. All I need is a drop really since it’s a little runny and spreads easily on the skin. It’s a little tacky at first but it eventually settles quite well on my face. It feels very hydrating and moisturizing that I can skip my moisturizer at night with this since it’s not too cold most of the time anyway. Just to be clear, I don’t use this all the time because I test and try out other skincare sent to me too and that means, discontinuing some of my favorite products to see whether whatever I’m testing at the moment will yield any noticeable changes. But whenever I’m done testing serums, I find myself going back to this.

Before I go on and on in what it has done to my skin, let me say first that this has not made every skin problem of mine go away. I still have an oily skin with pores, fine lines and wrinkles, bit of redness and I still get the occasional hormonal acne. But what it does, is make my skin feel and look better than before. Meaning, my skin feels more hydrated, there’s less redness on my cheeks, my face looks less dull and tired despite only getting a few hours of sleep everyday and it honestly feels supple and plump. I’m honestly amazed whenever I get back to this serum. I can’t say my fine lines and wrinkles are reduced or that my skin is less textured because I also have a retinol/retinal serum and chemical exfoliant in my routine. These changes do not happen overnight by the way. You would need to use it continuously for weeks before you really see a lot of its effects on your skin.

Below is my before-and-after photo using the serum continuously for 3 months. Like I said, it makes my skin look better. And I honestly think it lessened the discoloration on my skin and made it look healthier.

I personally think this partners very well with retinoids because they both have anti-aging effects on the skin. I also think this will suit most skin types unles of course you’re sensitive to any of its ingredients. So like I always say to those with sensitive skins, please do a patch test first. I’ve been buying this from the official Estee Lauder store in Lazada. If any of you guys want to give this a go, I suggest waiting for sales because one bottle is not cheap. Plus, you may get deluxe samples of other products.

Back in 1982, Mrs. Estée Lauder created the world’s first-ever serum, Night Repair – as it was originally called. Today, the Advanced Night Repair Synchronised Multi-Recovery Complex – as it’s now known – is Estee Lauder’s best-selling serum worldwide.

Estee Lauder’s revolutionary skin-plumping facial serum is a favourite of a whole host of celebrities, makeup artists and bloggers across the globe, which is unsurprising considering it has over 12,000 5-star reviews. So, of course, I had to test out the UK’s No. 1 premium facial serum and see if it lived up to its iconic heritage…

The Most Important Thing About Advanced Night Repair Is…

It has so many benefits! The Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Complex is an absolute all-rounder – it targets everything, including a loss of elasticity, fine lines, dryness, dullness and uneven skin tone.

The experts at Estee Lauder recognised that everyday environmental stressors, like pollution, can disrupt your skin and cause premature ageing – that’s where the Advanced Night Repair Complex comes in. Its multi-award-winning formula fights back by promoting natural skin renewal while providing 72 hours of hydration to reveal a smooth, radiant and youthful complexion.

What Skin Type Is It For?

Known for their gentle yet effective formulas, Estee Lauder has carried out dermatologist and ophthalmologist testing to ensure Advanced Night is suitable for all skin types. Its non-comedogenic formula is synthetic fragrance-free, too, so you know it won’t clog up the pores of oily skin types or irritate sensitive complexions.

You Will Love This If…

If you’re looking to fight multiple signs of premature ageing at once and prevent their recurrence, you’ll love the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Multi-Recovery serum. It’s endorsed by Stella, Marie Claire and Glamour for a reason. If you’re already a fan of the Advanced Night range, you’ll the latest addition; the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Supercharged Gel-Creme is the perfect complement to the serum targeting dark circles, fine lines and puffiness while delivering 100 hours of hydration.

Hero Ingredients:

Advanced Night contains an innovative complex of active ingredients to plump, hydrate and protect your skin. In fact, 91% agreed their skin had a healthy glow after three weeks, whilst 89% felt their skin was firmer.

Hyaluronic acid works to retain moisture deep into your skin, while an exclusive Tripeptide-32 promotes the synchronisation of your renewal cycle, ensuring your skin can repair at night. Antioxidant Vitamin E joins the mix to soothe and protect your skin from daily stressors for up to eight hours. Added caffeine reduces the appearance of redness and puffiness, while delaying the occurrence of fine lines.

What Does It Feel Like?

Designed to sink in effortlessly, the watery-gel texture glides across the skin for an instant boost of hydration. Its weightless, breathable finish felt invisible on my skin for a comfortable feeling all day long.

What Does It Smell Like?

The Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Synchronised Multi-Recovery has a subtle scent that disperses pretty quickly. It reminds me of a rich, slightly sweet cup of coffee.

How Do You Use Advanced Night Repair?

Apply the Advanced Night Repair serum morning and night to clean skin. I like to follow Estee Lauder’s adorable ‘Little Heart, Big Heart’ ritual:

  1. Warm a few drops in your palms (I found three pumps’ worth worked well for me).
  2. Massage the serum in a heart shape from the centre of your face towards your ears and down the sides of your chin.
  3. Trace a larger heart with your fingertips from the middle of the forehead out to the temples and down the sides of your chin.
  4. Drag any excess serum down your neck.

What’s Special About The Design?

Estee Lauder fans will instantly recognise the Multi-Recovery Complex’s iconic square ombre-brown glass bottle, topped with gold detailing. As a true luxury skincare fan, I have to talk about the glass pipette – it has to be the easiest applicator I have ever used. But it doesn’t just look good; the glass design is also recyclable.
