Hub Keyboard là ứng dụng bàn phím mới trên Android và iOS do chính Microsoft phát triển. Bên cạnh các tính năng soạn thảo đơn thuần thì Hub Keyboard còn mang đến nhiều tính năng rất hấp dẫn như hỗ trợ chuyển ngữ, lựa chọn và dán các nội dung đã lưu trong bộ nhớ tạm, hay gửi nhanh tập tin từ Office 365,…
Mặc dù hiện tại Microosft chưa chính thức phát hành trên toàn thể người dùng Android toàn cầu nhưng nếu quan tâm, người dùng có thể tải về và trải nghiệm Hub Keyboard bằng gợi ý sau đây. Mời bạn đọc cùng tham khảo.
Do Hub Keyboard (bản thử nghiệm) chỉ mới ra mắt dành cho người dùng Mỹ nên người dùng Việt Nam có thể sử dụng gói APK cài đặt được cung cấp miễn phí từ APKmirror theo đường dẫn dưới đây:

Đến bước thiết lập bàn phím cho thiết bị, bạn hãy nhấn vào lựa chọn “Tap to enable Hub Keyboard”. Khi đó giao diện thiết lập bàn phím của thiết bị sẽ xuất hiện. Hãy gạt sang ON ở tùy chọn Hub Keyboard để kích hoạt.
Tiếp theo bạn hãy nhấp tiếp vào tùy chọn “Tap to select Hub Keyboard” và đánh dấu vào lựa chọn “Hub Keyboard” ở cửa sổ hiện ra để chọn Hub Keyboard làm ứng dụng bàn phím mặc định cho thiết bị Android.

Bây giờ bạn hãy trở lại App Drawer của Android và nhấp vào biểu tượng Hub Keyboard để xem các tùy chọn thiết lập mà ứng dụng này cung cấp.
Ấn tượng đầu tiên là Hub Keyboard không…hỗ trợ tiếng Việt và không có lựa chọn thiết lập bộ gõ. Bù lại bạn sẽ có được một danh sách 6 lựa chọn tính năng bổ sung như Clipboard (truy cập bộ ghi nhớ tạm), Documents (truy cập và chia sẽ tập tin Office 365 từ OneDrive và SharePoint), Contacts (truy cập và chia sẻ dữ liệu danh bạ), Web and News (tìm và chia sẻ tin tức hoặc địa chỉ website từ Bing), Translate (dịch thuật), Thesaurus (từ điển). Cùng theo đó bên dưới là các tùy chọn thiết lập bàn phím như rung, âm nhấn phím, giao diện,…
Ở lựa chọn Office 365, bạn cần phải đăng nhập tài khoản của mình để có thể sử dụng được tính năng truy cập và chia sẻ nhanh các dữ liệu từ tài khoản Office 365 trên OneDrive và SharePoint. Nhưng nếu thấy không cần thiết, bạn có thể bỏ qua nó.
Nhìn chung giao diện của ung dung Android Hub Keyboard khá đẹp, cách sắp xếp bố cục cũng rất “ứng mắt” so với ứng dụng bàn phím mặc định của Android. Thêm vào đó, các biểu tượng tính năng sẽ xuất hiện ở hàng đầu thay vì các phím số như các ứng dụng bàn phím khác, và người dùng có thể sử dụng bằng cách nhấp vào biểu tượng tương ứng.
Mặc dù khá thú vị nhưng cũng nên xét lại vì hiện tại Hub Keyboard vẫn chưa hỗ trợ tiếng Việt và khả năng lựa chọn bộ gõ dành cho người Việt nên việc lựa chọn Hub Keyboard thay thế cho các ứng dụng bàn phím khác trên Android bạn nên cân nhắc lại. Tuy nhiên, hiện Hub Keyboard vẫn còn đang trong giai đoạn phát triển nên khả năng các thiếu sót này sẽ được bổ sung trong tương lai.
