Các Phúc Lợi Dành Cho BạnHealth insurance and Social insurance regulated by Vietnam Labor Law Mô Tả Công ViệcDue to expend and develop the businesss strategy, Indovina Bank has demand to seek potential candidates for the position as Head of Credit Administration Section / Credit Administration Supervisor at Can Tho Branch with detail information as below: To manage, organize work of Credit Administration (CA) section in order to process smooth and efficient daily CA operations.
1. Drive Management, organization of work
- To manage the activities of CA within the scope of assigned functions and tasks;
- To give assignment, arrangement, management of staffs to ensure smooth and efficient CA operations;
- To supervise, monitor and check the performance of each individual to ensure the effectiveness of the work and control the risks that might expose to daily operations of the Section ;
- To actively solve issues relating to the activities of the Section within the scope of assigned functions and tasks .
2. To control Sections operation
- To review, verify and monitor credit documentation/ BG issuance and other transactions made by officer...in commpliance with IVBs regulations;
- To monitor and verify transactions and entries of international payment operations.
- To check and verify entries and other data made/ inputted by Section staff into core bank and Cardwords system;
- To handle pre-control, on-processing control and post-control of credit utilization of customers in accordance with IVB internal regulations, procedures and laws;
- To manage the compliance in CA operations, timely find-out and correct operation faults of Section;
- To take overall responsibility of CA Section in accordance with IVB regulations;
- To reviewing credit reports made by sections staffs.
3. Other tasks
- To participate in finalizing internal procedures, projects to improve service quality at CAD. Proactively propose ideas & opinions for modifying and amending procedures to improve the productivity and quality of services at CA;
- To receive, consolidate opinions and feedbacks from customers about the situation of loan documentation; procedures and documents for disbursement; release collateral, proposed improvements to improve service quality for IVB.
- Take part in the Board of Vault Management as member under assignment (if any).
- Other tasks may be assigned by Line managers or the Board of Branch Management. Xem toàn bộ Mô Tả Công Việc Yêu Cầu Công Việc- Male/ Female with bachelors degree from university with major in banking, finance, business administration or equivalent.
- Understanding and practice of regulations of law, banking related to credit operations, security transaction registration, notarization. Skills of advanced credit analysis and appraisal in corporate and retail banking.
- Skills of leadership and management, problem solving.
- Having ability to work under high pressure.
- Good at communication, persuasion, analysis skills
- English: Fluency with TOEIC 600 upwards or equivalent.
- Experience: 03-year experienced at Credit Administration Section, preferably with experience in management position . ****Candidates profile includes:
