I’ve tried and reviewed 12 so far, and thirteenth on my list is the Innisfree It’s Real Squeeze Mask – Pomegranate, which I will be reviewing in this post. How to useLeave on for 10-20 mins, then pat essence into the skin to help absorb. My ThoughtsSize/ QuantityThe sheet mask fit quite well, once aligned correctly but there was still some wrinkling in the material and the upper lip area kept sliding down. There’s enough extra essence to use on the body too or on the face before or after applying the actual sheet mask. The sheet mask itself was also completely drenched in essence. Texture/ Consistency The material is thin and semi see-through. The essence is thin and runny and feels hydrating and smooth to the touch. ScentThe essence in this sheet mask has a slight fresh fruity scent with whiffs of alcohol. ResultsThe sheet mask felt quite light and refreshing on my face. It was comfortable to keep on for the full 20 mins without any irritation. I did get the occasional strong scent of alcohol when breathing in which I didn’t like much but I knew that would be the case anyway considering alcohol is high up in the ingredients list just like many other sheet masks. I found that if I tear the upper lip area of the sheet mask down the middle and fold them away from my upper lip then breathing in felt a little better as the sheet mask wasn’t directly under my nose anymore (I wish I did this in the past with other sheet masks with high alcohol content too) Once the sheet mask was off, my skin felt very fresh, soft, hydrated and plump. I think this is quite a decent standard sheet mask to use but my only issue with it is the alcohol. I would advise anyone with sensitive skin to do a patch test first as this does contain both alcohol and artificial fragrances which can irritate the skin. The sheet mask is made from 100% eucalyptus fibers. I think this mask fits quite well but I did need to adjust the eye holes. Recommended use is after cleansing and toning, apply the mask evenly and smoothly over the entire face, avoiding the eye and lip areas. Remove the mask after 10-20 minutes and gently pat the remaining essence in for full absorption and long-lasting hydration. After using, so there is a kind of strong skincare scent, it’s kind of astringent, so that might be an irritant for some. The ingredients are very moisturizing and there aren’t any irritants. The mask is very hydrating as well as soothing and the effects are long-lasting. There’s a lot of essence and it’s very nice quality. I’d recommend this to anyone with very dry skin as well as to people with sensitive skin but not if you’re extremely sensitive to scents. What I like: this mask is very moisturizing, soothing, and nourishing and it’s very comfortable. The quality is really nice and the effects are long-lasting. It’s gentle enough for sensitive skin and there’s a lot of essence. What I don’t like: the scent is quite strong. Is Innisfree a good mask?Conclusion. If I had to recommend one Innisfree sheet mask, I would recommend the Second Skin Mask from Innisfree. It is by far the best mask of the 3 masks I tried out. However, if you are on a budget and want a mask to use every day I would recommend the Skin Clinic mask.
