Terrible washing machine!!!. We bought it in September of 2015 after reading excellent reviews. . Maybe we got a lemon but within a month the water flow valve malfunctioned which resulted in the machine flooding our kitchen and the basement beneath it. The only way to turn off the flow of water pouring out of the machine was to turn off the water at its source. Simply turning off the breaker that powered the machine did not work. It was a disaster. Soaked basement insulation, water everywhere in our kitchen, under the cabinets, a total mess.. A valve replacement corrected this awful problem and it was still under warranty (one month old!).
