Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us during the set dinners, he was very helpful and polite.

Nice cosy room. Newly refurbished room, bathroom was cleaned and bad was comfortable. Nice lobby with some sort grand old fashioned decor staffs were very friendly and service were excellent. Definitely will come back y=to stay here as my hotel of choice when I'm at Batu Pahat.

Excellent Service

This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during our church camp from 7 June through 10 June 2009. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Additionally, the buffets served were highly sumptuous as we had a hearty time indulging in the array of varieties.

Thank you for hosting our church camp from 13th to 16th June 2004. We would like to express our sincere appreciation for the quality of service that your hotel provides. We are pleased with the hotel accommodations, as they are generally clean, tastefully furnished and well maintained. Our participants enjoyed the buffet meal very much. There is a wide variety to choose from and the quantity provided is always sufficient and timely replenished. Your chefs’ culinary skills are obvious judging from the positive feedback we received from the campers. The dining area is spacious, well lit and hygienic. Most importantly, we are delighted by the readiness and the responsiveness of your staffs. They are always willing to accommodate whatever request we put forward. Such positive service attitude is highly commendable.

Convenient and Well Equip

The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. 2. The Large Room makes movement within the room very comfortable. 3. The room was well equip with water boiler and safe deposit box. My stay was very enjoyable. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. It was very tastefully done and to me, many will like it. I found the Reception Staff very friendly, fast and obliging. I was very happy to be given a late check-out after my small request. My girl friend and I was very happy and pleased with one day stay. Our only regret was that we could not stay longer. Had to return for work!

For the past years I have organised convention, your Hotel Katerina scored the highest rating. Good location, responsive room service, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Located slightly further away from city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Room design is contemporary and I like it a lot.
